Most of us use the standard contracts with clauses for inspection (termites, roof, plumbing, etc.), funding (mort. or loan, or partners) and time til close.
Study your state contract, and go to investor club meetings.

Hi Everyone:

“Newbie here”. Is there a a buyer’s, or investor’s contract? If there is, Where can I find one? The contracts are suppose to favor the investors.
