terry, i do assignment contracts(flips) in missouri i’m sure the principle is the same, if you’ll e-mail me i’ll try and give you step by step including the assignment contract that will work anywhere.

If any one can give me detailaed information on flipping contracts. I also need for someone to please go over it with me step by step so that I can fully understand how to do it. I have researched for flipping contracts but just can’t find anything on it. I am just starting out in real estate investing but need to get my feet wet by flipping a few contracts and building up some capital. I am in TX if that makes a difference.
