i would like to buy an apartment complex or a gas station in Austin, Texas. however i am having a hard time finding people who know much about financing such projects. please respond if anyone on this board has some experience with such properties. i would also appreciate some links to lenders if possible.

They focus on Multi-family deals, but can also do other commercial properties.
