I have looked at some pretty good deals on some foreclosures and have the money to put down to secure a contract.However, I need money for purchase price and rehab. Are there any private parties or private lenders that would be interested in helping with the financing?

If you refer to private parties, i believe Equity Loan and Mortgage company should be the most suitable option for you. They will respond to your needs as fast as possible. They can be reached at :equitylm@gmail.com.

Look into hard money lenders if a private lender does not come your way. Investwell and rehabfunding are two that you may want to look into.
