Hello,
I located a property here in Charlotte, NC. This is a 5000 sf home, the seller is willing to do a no money down lease option on it! I need some advice, and hopefully a couple of good contracts I can use. I am thinking I will wrap it up with a lease option, then advertise it immediately with a good size down payment required for a sandwich. If anyone has any guidance on how to do this, and some good contracts to use, please forward them to me, I would greatly appreciate it. The house is in a great neighborhood, seems to be HUGE POTENTIAL here. Thank you.
