I need help finding a hard money lender in Texas,
Need re-hab cash for single family dwellling .
The house is paid for with the exception of property taxes in which I am paying out on installlment plan.
The amount of taxes owed was $ 1800.00. Paid $ 900.00,
set balance up on monthly payment with tax office.
The fmv on this property after repairs will be around
$26-28000. Repairs will cost $ 12000.00. max.
