I am thinking about buying a condo for $330,000in Wildwood.The condo is a 3bdrm, 2 bath, 2car garage beach front with 1300sqft built in 2004. I am planning on living there with some roommates. I hear this is a up and coming area to invest. But, investment wise, I hear that it is better to buy a single family home no matter the age or shape. Because, the owner can tear the house down and build which you can not do with a condo or townhouse. So, I am just confused. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
