You might try listing your notes at http://www.notenetwork.com/. They have a free note listing service. Even if you haven’t made any loans yet, you can post a for example note to have interested parties contact you.
You have to become a member to browse the listings.
P.S. If you loan in Arkansas, I would be intersted in securing a hard loan or two.

Typical note will be upto 70%ltv improved property, 50%ltv on land and 12% to 15% interest 1 to 7 years. I have wharehouse lines to fund know Im looking for portfolio buyers or people to form investment groups to purchase the notes. How do I track these people down, it seems like everyone that I talk with is a middle man who knows some one who knows the guy with the money, I’m tiered of the daisy chain. any help would be great.
