I have a contact in New Zealand who wants to refinance his properties in Florida. He has a duplex and a single family rental that were all paid for. He wanted to get some cash out to buy more properties. Both properties have a combined value of around $500K.
The broker he intially contacted in Florida did not have any takers in her network of 70 lenders as she only dealt with 6 or more units.
The broker contacted me if I could help, given I’m internationally based as well.
Would be great if anybody can give any suggestions, inputs or point me in the right direction.
