Heres the deal, ladies mom dies and she inhertes this house and she owes 4k in back taxes that need to get paid with in 3 weeks or she loses the house and its paid for. Shes motivated and wants 65k for the house, the house needs about 20k in fix up work and it will sell in that area for 135k. I offered to bring the taxes current and give her 1k up front for her to sign it over to me and 64k after fixing it and selling it. Problem is that shes still thinking it over and i want to close this before someone else gets there hands on it. I would like to know if anone can help me with some creative ideas as to what options i have in offering something better for her to bite on this deal.
