I have had some experience with pre-foreclosures in California. In Mississippi, my new home, I can’t seem to find the resources to get the information I need: title searches, N.O.D’s etc. Can anyone here point me in the right direction? In Ca. I used the Daily Commerce newspaper for most of my research, is there a comparable publication for Mississippi.
