On 10/13 you asked for help. I replied with a list of 10-12 questions. Six days later, you respond with two of the answers. Look at it from an investors eyes. I live in metro Atlanta. I might drive up to Greenville or over to Columbia, but I’m not going to go to Charleston just to look at a MH. If it’s a 1990’s small SW in a park, I’m not interested at 30k. I can get newer repos for 5-10k. If it’s a 2000 something large DW that includes land, and the mortgage is assumable or you can hold the mortgage and take a monthly lease payment there are many possibilities. As stated before, we need more details before anyone can offer help or suggestions.
