I’m no expert, but your’s looks like a perfect case for attending some local CREI club meetings! There should be some in your area, and you would meet some “real people” who could probably help you out!

Hi all,
Thanks for reading my post.
I’m looking for a mentor in CA. I live in the San Joaquin Valley.
I suddenly became unemployed Jan 1. lost my job because of the economy.
I bought Sheets course, about a year ago and I’ve studied it several times, bought Lonnie’s ‘Deals on Wheels’ and studied it. It seems to me that Lonnie’s deals are more for the investor that has already ‘made it’ and just wants to ‘play’ alittle and have fun. Althou, I feel I learned alot from both. I’ve been reading the posts here for quit some time, and have learned alot. I know the laws governing MH’s/sales are different here in CA than any other state. I don’t have alot of money to buy courses with but will as I make money. (Gotta feed my brain:)
My Husband says I need to just give up this dream and get a real ‘JOB’. (He’s a good guy but not real imaginative 
)
But, I know I can do this with the right guidance.
But still don’t feel complete.
I don’t know what would be the best step for me at this point.
I want to be a REI 
!! I want to use my brain to make money instead of my back!!!
If anyone can help me I will be forever grateful.
