Sorry to say, but rarely is selling a home for all-cash and getting full appraised price likely in a bad economy. Do you NEED all $70K now? If you could wait for some of it, you might be able to sell via a lease-option or owner financing. On the other hand, if you cannot wait, you will probably have to take a discount off full price to get it sold for cash.
I own a home in Ironton, Ohio which was recently appraised for 70,000. The economy here is not good at all. However, I need to sell this property and hopefully get the full appraised price. Any suggestions? Any brokers here which do buisiness in Ohio who could help?
Do you think you could sell it if it were owner financed? Is the market good enough that some people are buying or are RE sales dead at the moment? Depending on the answeres to those questions I might have an idea.
