One way to structure it is to ask the seller to put the property into a land trust. He will then add you on as a beneficiary. You can then do a refinance instead of a purchase. If you can get a 90% cash out refinance, then you have funded the entire deal.
I found 6 unit property for 300K, I have 30K I would like to stucture the deal so that I won’t need to find additional funds. How does a carry back from the seller work? or any other method that would not need additional out of pocket cash.
