Lori,

First get Lonnies Books if you haven’t already.
Then speak with the park manager and make sure the home can stay in the park. Find out about back lot rent, etc.
Then get the home under contract with the seller.
Then go down to your local notary(or whatever it is that u do in your state) and do the title transfer with the seller.
Then sell it and make some money!
