Fleet has merged with Bank of America so I am not sure if that is the source of your problems with Fleet.

the right departments in PNC & FLEET in regards
to 1st and 2nd mortgage loans they hold that are

I am looking to buy their positions
and am having trouble working their 1-800 system.
Explaining to Cust services what I am after is
no pic-nic either. (Especailly in Fleet where
Cendant services all their loans apparently).
Also anyone have any dealings with these two on
note deals or short sales? Are they cooperative
or should I bring the cattle prod?
