What about filing bankruptcy? This will give you an automatic stay of all porceedings.

Go to the classifieds and call on the ads which say, “I Buy Houses”, or “Let me Help You Out of Foreclosure”. Some of these may be amatures, but you may find one who has the ability to help you out.
