I have a buyer who’s financing just fell through with USAA. Seems he has a student loan coming out of deferment at the end of the year which increased his debt/income ration too much.

Any lenders out there will to take a look at him?

Or, anybody into Lease Purchases in the Chestertown, MD area that has something available in the $100,000 - $125,000 range?

Need help quick!

Jeff,

Can your buyer get his student loans deferred for another year? If he calls and gets them to do that, and that was the only reason the loan fell through, then it should work out. If not, email me directly and I can get you in touch with someone in MD who should be able to help.
