If you are in TX, I have been told that Texas Mortgage Capital can do this. Also Grove Financial Services has access to a number of private lenders who provide loans over the magic number 10.

Please provide a list of lending institutions that will do over 10 loans. I have 15, and now it is getting difficult. Please provide a list. I have seen the WAMU, Wells list. Please send others
