We all hae our problems, I have something somewhat similair to you but 28000 sq ft empty. We just ordered 2 banners for about $450 a pc and they will be put up on the ront and rear of our building for visiability. We alos have a very large pylon sign and I told the sign guy to get some lettering up there to. I have a leasing agent and she has a 4’x8’ sign in fornt and she told me it cost 750 bucks and she had no more budget for advertising. I am not going to set on my thumbs waiting for that to work.
