Does anyone know of any good hard money lenders in the Baltimore-Metro area. I need lenders who will commit purchase and fix-up funding. I appreciate all the help that anyone can offer.

I have compiled a list of hard money lenders but they are not going to touch inner city properties. If that fits your needs e-mail me with the property and i will tell you who to approach with the deal. I also have some properties for sale that I can help finance.
