Can anyone recomend a good book/semnar/info on pre-forclosures? I am aware of Joe Kaiser’s book on advanced forclosures…does this cover pre-foreclosures in depth? Is there a better source of Info? I am interested in flipping properties.

You definitely need Joe Kaiser’s Dominate Your Foreclosure Market course. There is no better resource on foreclosures out there.

In MY openion, using pre-foreclosures to flip is risky because of the deadline problem.
Search Amazon for “foreclosure”.
