A MH dealer friend of mine who sends me referrals from his business told me today that he turns so many potential buyers away from buying his mh’s in the $15,000 range or less because they can’t qualify for bank financing. He also said that he knew of a private investor who would be willing to listen to a proposal from me to solicit funding from his group. Problem - I have no idea how to put a proposal together or what rate of return to offer. Is there a website or something I can go to so I can tap into this $$ source?
