“IS” a plethora.

Next try “Mohorovocic Discontinuity.” This is the first time I’ve been able to get it into a conversation since my Geology class in college forty years ago.

Need Property Profiles/Credit Reports Online - Posted by Al Pine (CA)

Hello Folks!

I’m looking for a company(s) that I can connect online to get both credit reports from all three major credit bureaus (Tenant Check)and also be able to check property profiles (owners, address, etc.) online so I don’t have to go to courthouse everytime I research property. Last one I used was TRW are there any others that you people can recommend?
I am working the SF bay area and east bay (CA).

Thank You in advance for your response.

Al

Al,
For online property information, probably the most common provider in your area is Dataquick.

Al,

I live in CA but not in the north. However, here are some possible leads. For property info try the following: some counties are online with Tax Assessors information, most large title companies have searchable databases / profiles online (registration required), befriend a real estate agent (MLS). There are a plethora (don’t get to use that word everyday) of credit check companies online. Most landlords (me included) use only one credit reporting source (usually experian (TRW) or TransUnion)). You can easily search the net for a sorce or contact your local apartment association of real estate investment club for additional sources.

Best of luck,

Tim
