DanS. Contact the pest control companies in your area and ask them who they know that does home inspections and the lawyers that do closing. The names that come up the most are your best bet for contacts.

Just getting started and building up a list of professionals to work with. I have already selected a property manager and CPA. Currently I am looking for an ASHI member inspector and a RE focused lawyer in or near Fairfax County Virginia.
