I have a court date scheduled for late next week to evict a tenant that owes me money. I would appreciate any references to a collections company that does business in Utah that you have found to be reputable and has gotten money from a tenant once they have vacated your rental. I would like to have a representative of a collections company join me at the courthouse next week in case the tenant does not show up and the Judge awards me three times the amount owed in damages.
