I’m relocating to Phila./Northern DE area in a couple months and will begin REI upon arrival. I’m looking for some insight on area neighborhoods (Phila. area, S.W. NJ, Northern DE) that would be good candidates for an REI type business. I guess I’m looking for average type neighborhoods (middle class) where I can primarily focus on rental properties, lease options, distressed properties etc. I guess I’m also looking for contacts…investors, partners etc. I greatly appreciate your help.
