Need Software for Mobile Home Management

I manage some small mobile home parks and the property management software I’m using is quite old and is getting buggy.

I am looking for something that is reasonably priced but also will show charges, payments, print invoices, etc. but also want something that will break down the expenses for me for weekly or monthly reports.

Can someone suggest a program for me?

Quickbooks Pro or Premier

I am a huge fan of Quickbooks. Relatively cheap but does everthing you want and more. We have used it fro 10 years. We have 60 rental units. We also use it for our construction company and also our used motorcycle sales and service company.

Easy.
