Hi folks,

A seller called me today and mentioned that she and her husband wanted someone to take over payments on their mobile home ($170/mo on a $13,000 loan).

I don’t have the $13,000.

Can anyone help me come up with a solution here?

Your statement seems to contradict itself. They want you take over payments on the $13,000 not pay that much I gather.

You won’t need $13k, just take over the payments.

You will likely receive a lot of these types of calls.
