I’m in South Florida just back from my local investors association monthly meeting. There was a presentation from a guy named Ted Thomas on Tax Liens and Tax Deeds, it sounded interesting at the beginning until he starts advertising his coaching service for $2950.00 for 3 days and $950.00 for his tapes and literature. Got turned off but still interested on the Subject and its Potential…Thanks everyone for their input.
