I currently live in Amherst, NY - 10-15min. from Buffalo and approx. 45min. from Rochester. I’m a newbie and wouldn’t know how to assess this market for your purposes, seems like there’s some deals out there. Are you looking for office space or a home office? Just finished up my first year of law school and really interested in learning the RE biz.
