Look here. There are all kinds of forms here; some free, some for a nominal charge.

I would recommend that you run any of these by your attorney before you use them, however.

Today I just picked up a property via lease/option at a pretty good price. I have the right to assign my agreement
and looking to find an assignment contract to use. Can anyone tell me where I can find this type of contract? Thanks!!!

Here are a couple of assignment forms. Remember to modify them as needed. For example one of them is missing the “hold harmless” wording.
