Hi.

Can someone out there explain what documents I’ll need to do a land contract. I am the seller and my buyer and I agreed that we will not use attorneys or a title company until he can refinance. I was told that all I need to get is standard articles of agreement and a warranty deed and have them notorized. Am I missing anything?
