Hi, I’ve gotten myself into a pickle and need your help. I have a rental property in Charlotte that I need to either offload fast or find a Hard Money Lender to restructure the financing before I lose it. My wife lost her job and its gotten to be 3 payments behind. It’s has a $80K first (VA-qualifying assumable) and a $15K (second).

Please advise on how to offload the property quickly.
