I have a land contract which I would like to refinance. Having made 18 monthly payments I would now like to pay off the existing mortgage and cash out some of my equity. I need to use the merits of this note as the sole asset to qualify for the new note.
I am looking for a broker which can arrange this. The sellers are willing to work with us.
