Try a private lender(Hard money). Look in the Real Estate Classified section of your local newspaper under “money to lend”.
Most of these lenders will lend you cash without a credit check or proof of income.
Keep in mind you are going to pay a higher intrest rate then a Bank/Mortgage company.

To purchase a trailer home, I’m looking for a source of financing that DOES NOT require proof of income, being self employed. I need to purchase soon.
