I need help in locating a Website that offers amortization table downloading. A program that will computes the break down of remaining principal, interest, and time when those varibles are typed into the program. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I use a real estate calculator that is free at www.realdata.com. It does amortization, as well as ten other functions, and is very easy to use.

Try the Stemmons web site at www.stemmons.com. Their downloadable calculator(s) is an 8 in 1, and does cover amortizations.
