Hello,
I am new to REI still and am in the process of looking for my first property to flip. This website has helped so much, it was like a pot of gold when I stumbled across it! I know from reading various posts here that many people would be able to give me some advice on wholsaling contracts. I’ve read about “tying up” the property with an option or doing a “subject to” contract. Does anyone have a sample of either(hopefully both so I can compare) of these contracts or know where I could get them? How exactly again does the “subject to” contract work? Thanks in advance for any help.
