Im self employed and wanting to buy rental properties. I have a home with no loans currently on it how ever I dont have the best credit about a 400 credit score. Is there anyone and/or programs out there which could help me. Im in Iowa if that helps anyone. Any information will help alot, Thanks

I have a house I am living in that my mom signed over to me with no mortgage or loans against it. I am wanting to put a loan on this house. Is there a good company to go through to do this?
