Is this the “Get on The Same Page” material I’ve been reading so much about lately?

When is it going to hit the presses?

Hello All,
I think that this is my weakess link, in my chain of tools.
Can anyone recommend any course or book that really helped with the kind of offers that we use?
I’ve bought many books in the past 6 months and I’m missing something.
I’m not hard sell like some, but I’m searching for…the way to present offers without coming across to hard. People always think that their house is worth about 10K more than it is.
I can sell what I buy, but I have a hard time getting in and offering more than one way to buy from seller. I know what I want but they look kind of blank, if I try the multiple offer idea. I’m studying that now.
I guess that I’m just writing out loud trying to figure a better way.
Thanks to all for listening and any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Always learning,
Dee-Texas

Hello my friend
Roger Dawson
I have his tapes by the way give me a call.
The other one I just saw is Barney Zick.
you can find him at his site. I have heard him speak and really like him.

Hi there Dee,

If you haven’t listened to the tapes from Roger Dawson and Zig Ziglar, they are definitely worth the time. Yes, some of their techniques come across os the “used car salesman” approach, but some are more subtle and can easily be applied to RE.

I believe Joe Kaiser is developing a negotiation course…should be a good one when it’s ready to go.
