I’m in Wake County, buying foreclosures, rehabbing, and reselling retail. We’ve just expanded to Charlotte, and hope to move into more counties later this year (Durham, Orange, Lee, Johnston, Granville).

We also own a few rental homes, an apartment building, and a rooming house (yikes!).

I’m in Wilmington. There is a good investment group meeting in Raleigh as a result of this web site. If you live near there, you should try to attend. I have gotten a new computer recently - my old one died and the information about it was on that one. Maybe one of that group will email you.
