If by “representative”, you’re talking about the
Resident Agent - RA must be at least 18 years old
and have an address (not MailBoxes, etc) where
documents can be served. Count your friend in.

Just read some of the posts below about Nevada corps. I understand that you have to have someone physically in Nevada to act as your representative, receive notices, etc. Does this person have to actually know anything? A good friend of mine, impeccably honest but not anybody professional, lives in Las Vegas. Could he be listed as the rep, or does it need to be a lawyer??
