For those of you looking for these same books, the book by russ whitney is “building wealth” not creating wealth.
I have read both books, recommend them often as supplemntal material and wish you the best of luck.

I just spent last night reading all the previous posts and emailing some of the participants…what a wealth of informaion!!
I also just ordered today 2 new books…that were suggested there called-creating wealth, by Robert Allen and Russ Whitneys book, creating wealth…so once I have read all the wonderful information I’m sure I will have my own questions to add…my intention is to accumulate enough for a downpayment or extra cash…and then buy I house…(I hope, I hope, hope!!! and then tell my friends how to do the same…)
