Paul hit that one right on the mark! OWNER WILL CARRY is probably the very best place to start for ANY creative real estate investing activities. After all, financing drives 85% of all real estate deals - and in CREI, the very nature of the whole process raises the percentage to almost 100% of those activities.

Financing drives the deals, so getting a handle on financing would seem to be the strongest foundation to build from, right?!
