We write our own contracts. More accurately, we fill in the few blank lines on the contracts that are preprinted and already cover our butts.

If you buy any of William Bronchick’s courses, you’ll find paperwork and contracts that will more than cover your butt.

Hello,

My question is when making up all these different offers, once accepted, who writes out these contracts. Do you do them or do you have an attorney write them out for you to cover your butt?
