Hello to everyone on this incredible board and thank you for taking the time to help a rookie!
After the whole “rehab vs. flip” debate, I`m ready to start looking into “flipping”. Could someone or anyone recommend some good reading materials or courses? AND Could someone give me a “for example” definition/explanation of a “flip” deal?
