New Invstr Needs Definition of “FLIP” - Posted by T.B. Komatsu

Hello to everyone on this incredible board and thank you for taking the time to help a rookie!

After the whole “rehab vs. flip” debate, I`m ready to start looking into “flipping”. Could someone or anyone recommend some good reading materials or courses? AND Could someone give me a “for example” definition/explanation of a “flip” deal?

Thanks again!

…or, Gee, I didn’t know that.

An article in the Providence Journal about
"a practice in the real-estate industry called a flip".

Goto www.projo.com and search on “Peter Phipps” to read all about it. (He’s really talking about mortgage fraud, but…)
