Bank of America ,GE captial with Countywide home loans are comming out with 2 new programs:

The first is credit flex were the credit scoring is waved if they have made 12 rent payments on time.

and the other is zero down were if they have the credit they can get a 100% loan with no documentation of were their closing cost came from.

for info on these programs call the #'s below

Bank of america 1-888-815-2724 Credit flex and zero down

countywide-GE program 1-800-570-9888 Their plan is called the cash saver

This could be a great resource for funding sales and taking out you L/O tenants
