Hello all,
I am new to the REI world but have done countless hours of research. I need a good mentor or someone to push me in the right direction. I am a good business minded person already and have done over 15 years of professional work but have not gotten anywhere and ready to do jump into investing.
My FICO is 640 and I have a prapproval from hard money lender already. Still looking for a great property to buy and make my first deal one to remember.
