I recently moved to Maryland from Ohio. Back in Ohio I had a couple LLCs for my investments (SFH rentals, rehab projects, flips), easy lenders, a great CPA and real estate attorney. It took a few years to assemble the team I left behind. I wish I could bring them with me!

I was hoping someone here in the Maryland area could help by providing references to good real estate attorneys, CPAs, etc. Looks like I’ll be building a new team from scratch.

All suggestions/recommendations are appreciated.

BTW… what’s up with these state/county transfer fees, recordations fees, etc??? And talk about sticker shock!
